As one of Sydney ’s most experienced bathroom renos specialists, we have developed a modus operandi that streamlines the whole process, so that you’ll know exactly what is happening at any given moment from selecting the right design for your home down to choosing your bathroom tiles. Here is how the process works

You realise your bathroom could do with a makeover, be it a simple update to your bathroom tiles or a complete bathroom reno solution. |
| 2. | You contact us on 1300 50 13 50. |
| 3. | One of our friendly, helpful consultants will schedule a mutually convenient time for us to visit your home or office. |
| 4. | The consultant will inspect and measure your bathroom(s) and then sit with you to discuss your needs, your likes and dislikes and of course your budget. |
| 5. | Following this informal consultation, we will send you a formal written quotation, with everything listed in detail. |
| 6. | You compare our quotation with others you’ve received and naturally go with ours. (Excellent choice by the way). |
| 7. | You contact us to arrange another appointment. |
| 8. | We visit you again and present the proposed floor plans and scope of works. |
| 9. | We answer any further questions and if you wish to proceed, together we sign the official “HIA Kitchen and Bathroom Supply and Install” contract. |
| 10. | We will then schedule a time to start your project. |
| 11. | We turn up exactly as promised and begin all the preparatory work. |
| 12. | We then commence the bathroom renovation, co-ordinating all trades as and when required, |
| 13. | You will be kept up to date all the way. |
| 14. | Upon completion we will remove all traces of our existence and leave your gleaming new bathroom in mint condition. |
| 15. | You admire your new bathroom. |
| 16. | Your friends tell you how sensational it looks…and ask for our number. |

Our Bathroom Renos Are Insured for absolute peace of mind
Avante strongly supports legislation that requires Home Owners Warranty Insurance to be undertaken for all contracts exceeding $20,000. This policy:
| ● | provides cover for the builders in case of failure to complete his agreement, |
| ● | covers defects, faulty materials that are deemed by law to be the builders responsibility for a nominated period of warranty. |
